At the Centre for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy we seek to remove symptoms (anxiety depression, etc.) that interfere with a person’s functioning and well-being by using psychological techniques of proven value.  Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is based on the premise that by gaining mastery over our beliefs, attitudes, and predictions, we can change our emotions and behaviors.
